I do like the product now that it finally arrived. It was weeks late and all of my attempts to actually speak with a human or get someone to respond to my email inquiries was very frustrating. The skins can have 5 stars, the support gets 1 star.
I was a little skeptical when I ordered my leopard skin, but was really impressed with the degree of precision in sizing. The skin was perfectly cut to fit every nook and cranny of my laptop (i bought the top and bottom covers as well as the keyboard cover). I appreciated the inclusion of a QR code for an instructional video on how to put the skin on.
I was impressed with the fitment of the film, every little detail on my xps laptop was part of the stencil. The membrane was easy to apply and looks great. Would buy again.
Ordered for my Inspiron 7610. This is the only brand that makes a skin. Overall, excellent, top fit perfectly, the bottom though was missing screw holes for removing the bottom case. Not a big deal, heated where the screw holes were and cit the skin to make the holes with an xacto blade. Trackpad skin flawless too. Easily would buy again, five stars :)
Top cover is lovely, fits perfectly but the bottom didn't have the same cut outs as my laptop, that was my own fault. Had a little problem with delivery but it was resolved very quickly and I'm happy I got the product in the end. I will definitely buy again when I figure out the correct sizing.
