Returns and Exchanges

At Uniqfind, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return or exchange circumstances. All custom orders are final sale.

To make a return or exchange, please contact as soon possible. Uniqfind will then walk you through the steps to do so. Please note, Uniqfind does not provide pre-paid return/exchange labels. We are not responsible for lost return or exchange parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service accordingly.

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility in Canada. Returns will only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

If you’re making an exchange, we’re happy to cover the cost to ship back the corrected product.

If you have received the wrong product, or if your product has arrived damaged, please email with photo documentation of the error or damages within 2 business days of receiving the items. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return and reshipment. Please note, without photo documentation, we will not replace or refund products.

Please be advised, we do our best to accurately represent the colors/tones/hues of our designs in our website images, but there may be slight differences depending on your device display settings and/or the type of lighting in your space. If you are unhappy with what you've received, we're happy to coordinate a return or exchange as per the above policy.

Limitations of Returns and Exchanges Policy
  1. Custom products are considered final sale. There will be no returns or exchanges.
  2. Used items, or items susceptible to usage-related effects (damage, decline, markings), are not returnable or exchangeable.
  3. The shipping fee and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
  4. It is important for customers to ensure they order the correct product model for their devices. If you have any doubts or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team at Uniqfind will not be held responsible for products that do not fit due to ordering the wrong model. Customers will be responsible for shipping back the incorrect model at their own expense in order to receive an exchange or refund.
