By placing a wholesale order with Uniqfind, you ("Retailer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Uniqfind reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum order quantity (MOQ) as specified by Uniqfind.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Wholesale pricing is confidential and should not be disclosed.
Payment is required in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, e-transfer, or credit card (subject to processing fees).
Retailer is responsible for all shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.
Shipping cost will be determined and calculated once an order is submitted.
Risk of loss transfers to the Retailer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
Shipping timelines provided by Uniqfind are estimates and not guarantees.
Uniqfind is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
All wholesale sales arefinal. Uniqfind does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances.
Any claims for damaged or defective products must be reported within14 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. Uniqfind may, at its sole discretion, provide replacements or store credit for confirmed defective items.
Minor variations in product design, color, or finish will not be considered defects.
Retailer may not rebrand, modify, or alter Uniqfind products.
Retailer is strictly prohibited from selling Uniqfind products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Walmart) without prior written consent.
All trademarks, logos, product designs, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Uniqfind.
Retailer may only use Uniqfind's promotional assets with prior written approval.
Uniqfind reserves the right to terminate a wholesale relationship at any time for non-compliance with these terms.
Retailer must immediately cease selling Uniqfind products upon termination.
Uniqfind is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of its products.
Retailer assumes all responsibility for compliance with local laws and regulations.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
