Extended Holiday Return Period

Unopened items purchased between November 21 and December 25, with a 30-day return window, can be returned until January 24, 2026, with proof of purchase.

We want you to love your Uniqfind gear. If you don’t, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return or exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the exact same condition as you received them.
  • In the original packaging (including backing paper for skins).

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

  • Tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for parcels that get lost on their way back to us.

If the product is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item: We will make it right by sending you a replacement free of charge.

  • Policy: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be exchanged for the correct, non-defective item.
  • Requirement: You must email us photo documentation of the error or damage within 2 business days of delivery.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email info@uniqfind.com with your Order # and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Instructions: We will reply with the return instructions.
  3. Pack it Up:
    • Skins: Must be returned flat in the original rigid mailer to prevent creasing.
    • Cases: Must be in original packaging.
  4. Ship It: Purchase your label and send it off.
  5. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to your original payment method (allow 1–3 business days for it to appear).

Important Details & Exceptions

  • Restocking Fee: If an item is returned damaged, without packaging, or used, we reserve the right to deny the return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
  • Custom Orders: All custom products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees and duties paid are non-refundable.
  • Wrong Model: Please double-check your device model before ordering. If you order the wrong size, you will need to ship it back at your own expense to receive a refund or exchange.
