I got these for my work computer to fix the black-keys-on-black-background problem that made it difficult to see the keys on my keyboard. I'm a touch typer, but I do have to look down occasionally!
The same visual accessibility problems made it very difficult to apply these to the keyboard (when you literally can't see where the keys end and the background of the machine begin, it takes one or rather 3-5 tries sometimes to get the sticker on right) and I had to do a ton of repositioning at first because the keys were sticking to the computer when I typed with them due to my inability to get them on straight. Once I did (they're mostly not so crooked as to bug me, LOL), the haptics are a bit odd and take some getting used to, but I can now finally use my work laptop so 5 stars for that.
Key things of interest to people who are doing this just for aesthetics
- they come up quite easily
- they re-adhere well even if you have to reposition them several times
- if you don't get them on well enough, the keys will stick so you'll know you have to fix it
- it will feel different but even though I can feel the edges of the sticker when I type, it hasn't seemed to "catch" or pull them up/mess up their adhesion so it's just a haptics issue rather than a functional one
It was an incredible experience having a personal note typed up in my delivery. It went such a long day in a very stressful week!

Not easy if you are old with old eyes and hands. I thought there was more protection on the keyboard but they are just stickers.
At first I was unsure about getting a keyboard cover, but I love it so much. It’s fashionable and functional and easy to put on.
